Full management for your displayed services
The access control lists/what’s displayed feature define what services and courses an employee can perform and has access to inside the application.
There are two types of access control lists for each employee:
– Services
– Courses
The services list is set on a section and category basis.
An employee has access to all of the services that belong to the services categories in the list.
Inside the application, when the employee is logged in and accesses the Services page only the services categories defined in this feature for him will be displayed.
What’s Displayed Salon
This list is also used in the booking system to display only the employees that have access to all of the services that are added to the Services list for the services type appointment.
The courses list is set on a course directory basis.
An employee has access to all of the courses that belong to the courses directories in the list.
You can add directories that are not already in this list.
For convenience you can add all courses directories .
Inside the application, when the employee is logged in and accesses the “Courses / Sessions” only the courses defined in this page will be displayed in the Courses and Customer Courses / Courses details sub pages.
This list is also used in the booking system to display only the employees that have access to all of the courses that are added to the Courses list for the courses type appointment.
